About these terms

Las Pampas is the trading name of [Registered company name], a company registered in England and Wales (company number [00000000]) whose registered office is at [registered address]. By making a reservation or using this website you agree to these terms. Please read them alongside our Privacy & Cookie Policy.
Reservations
- Reservations can be made through this website (via our booking partner, Eat App), by phone or in person. A booking is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation from us.
- Please arrive on time. We hold tables for 15 minutes after the booked time; after that the table may be released to waiting guests.
- Tables are allocated for a set dining time, which we will confirm when you book. Where we need the table back, we'll let you know in advance.
- Please tell us the correct number of guests. If your party size changes, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate you.
- Seating requests (for example, a view of the parrilla) are welcome but cannot be guaranteed.
Cancellations, deposits & no-shows
- If you can no longer make it, please cancel at least 24 hours before your booking so we can offer the table to another guest.
- For larger groups (8 guests or more), special occasions and some peak dates, we may ask for a deposit or card details to secure the booking. The amount and the cancellation window will be explained before you confirm.
- Deposits are deducted from your final bill. Where a booking is cancelled outside the stated window, or guests do not arrive, the deposit or a no-show charge may be retained.
- If we have to cancel your booking for reasons within our control, we will refund any deposit in full.
Prices & service charge
All prices on our menus and website are in pounds sterling and include VAT at the current rate. Menus, dishes and prices may change seasonally or with availability.
A discretionary service charge of [12.5]% may be added to your bill. It is entirely optional — please let us know if you would like it removed. 100% of service charges and tips are passed to our team, in line with the Employment (Allocation of Tips) Act 2023.
Allergens & dietary requirements
Please tell your server about any allergies, intolerances or dietary requirements before you order. Information on the 14 major allergens in our dishes is available on request.
Our kitchen handles all 14 major allergens, and dishes are cooked over a shared open fire. While we take great care, we cannot guarantee that any dish is completely free from traces of allergens.
Alcohol & Challenge 25
We operate a Challenge 25 policy. If you appear to be under 25, we will ask for valid photographic ID (passport, photocard driving licence or a PASS-accredited card) before serving alcohol. We will not serve alcohol to anyone under 18, or to anyone buying alcohol for someone under 18.
We may refuse service to anyone who appears intoxicated, in line with our licensing obligations.
Children
Children are welcome when accompanied by an adult, who remains responsible for them at all times. Our open fire and kitchen areas are strictly off-limits to children for their safety.
Our dining room
- We reserve the right to refuse entry or service and to ask guests to leave where behaviour is disruptive, abusive or unsafe.
- Personal belongings are left at your own risk. Please ask a member of the team if you would like to use our cloakroom.
- Bringing your own food or drink is not permitted unless agreed with us in advance.
- You're welcome to take photos of your meal. Please be considerate of other guests and do not film or photograph them without their consent.
Gift vouchers
Gift vouchers are valid for the period printed on the voucher, cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be replaced if lost. Vouchers may be used towards food and drink, and any unused balance will remain on the voucher until expiry.

Liability
